Mission Hills Country Club in Rancho Mirage hopes to complete a multimillion-dollar renovation and reinvention project at the end of November that will bring stylistic décor and new dining, social and family features to the club.

Officials say the enhanced experience for its year-round membership will mean more activities on its event calendar.

“This is an exciting time to be part of Mission Hills Country Club as we look toward the future,” said club general manager Garret Kriske. “My staff and I are dedicated to honoring our past while reinventing the club experience to be the very best it can be. Our reinvented club will have so much more to offer our members.”

Mission Hills Country Club, a member of the ClubCorp family, has a worldwide reputation for its on-site golf courses, which includes the Dinah Shore Tournament Course that is home to the ANA Inspiration, the LPGA’s first major of the year that was formerly known as the Kraft Nabisco Championship.

Key features of the club’s reinvention include an updated foyer and entrance, improved Dinah Shore boardroom, new lounge with an enhanced media area, the addition of two dining areas, new climate-controlled wine lockers and a complete renovation of the men’s locker room.

In conjunction with the renovation, Mission Hills Country Club is offering several new and revamped membership programs. For more information, call Debra Ramos or John Conroy at (760) 324-9400 or visit www.missionhills.com.
