There are exercises that work certain parts of the body and exercises that are a total body experience. The Kneeling Medicine Ball Chest Pass falls into the latter category and is a great way to tone up, regardless if you golf much or not. Here’s how to do it:

Get into a kneeling position, 3 to 4 feet in front of a wall. Hold a medicine ball at chest level with your arms straight.

Bring the ball to your chest and immediately throw it as hard as possible against the wall.

Catch the ball and immediately go into your next throw.

Continue for the remainder of the set, with the number of repetitions determined by your fitness factor.

Keep your chest up, knees slightly bent and hips back to prevent injury and get the most benefit from the exercise.
